Most times in those I find you need to wait for a solid hand and build your stack, its too easy to get low fast otherwise.

Play tight, shove or fold when the blinds get high....only strategy i've managed to cash with so far

there is no right/wrong way to play those they are all about luck until u reach final 5 and even then it depends completely on the chip stack/blinds

The good news is that most people don't have a clue about ICM at the final table....your average donk is exploitable
