but where can I find the tournament am allowed to join !!!!

You are able to used it every sundays, there is a tournament there but is it expired that's nothing we can do about it.

it's really depends on when you achieve 20 ftp man...
have same fears and understood that for example the next LPP final is on sunday
and u earn 20 ftp on a previous u'll be able to play not the next one, but one week +

if u already accumulated 20 ftp and cannot reg it's just means that u should wait another week...it helped me
