Rush/Speed/Zoom cash poker

Does anyone play the Speed poker cash games online? If so, what's your strategy?
Fold until you get a monster hand and then go all-in or do you play it like you would play normal cash games?

Full Tilt and Pokerstars both had it before black Friday. I played a little. It was pretty cool. No waiting for the next hand once you fold.
