    Trojan in BCP?

    I tried signing in to BCP this morning and after signing in my computer said there was a trojan in the BCP file and asked if i wanted it removed, i did, and it uninstalled it from my computer all together!!!! my whole BCP program soooo i try and re install it from the site and now it says there's a file that cant be downloaded (the file i blocked im guessing) so would anyone know how to fix this? thanks

    go to where you blocked it from and unblock it first.

    I don't know how I would do that, would I go into the anti virus software that blocked it or somewhere else

    My antivirus says the same thing so i never installed it

    well some of those programs will even say an update from windows is trojan or whatever. i have seen some things like that before. but go into your antivirus and look at the blocked list. just look around. hard to help with no further info. i would also send bcp a note and let them know of your experiences and see what they would say. post that here, would be useful if this happens for someone else.

    I just uninstalled my anti virus and re downloaded bcp and everything was fine, after that i sent them an email and will post what they say when i hear back

    I was using AVG Anti-Virus and i might of been behind on a update not sure

    I play on bcp and i know they were down earlier today for a server update but other then that I have not got any virus

    from the client download. I like it there too so keep playing on bcp!

    My experience has been that AVG gives a lot of false positives. I think that it identified something that wasn't a virus as a virus. You might want to consider using another antivirus program.
