I believe there is 6 steps. First pays $15 Second pays $10 and Third pays $5

You could get unlimited steps on minted.

It's unlimited as far as I can tell. Good luck getting the Step 3's and beyond to fill up in a reasonable amount of time though.

Minted actually appears to be a pretty decent site, just doesn't have much traffic.

I noticed it is extremely slow filling up Guess cookies is working on that
