so sick of online bad beats

hands like this are why i'm so sick of these shady online poker sites. this donk called the bb from early position w/ q-9. a few people limped in, then i raised 10x the bb w/ q-q. everyone folded except him. he re-raised all in, about 7x my bet. i was afraid he might have a-a or k-k, but i've seen 2 many people do the same thing w/ smaller pockets, so i called. the flop? 9-9-a! the sites aren't even subtle about rewarding donks 4 their crappy play. so sick.

now here's the next tourney i played after that one. i was the chip leader until my k-k got beat by q-q, then, a few hands later, the next hand i played, my a-q got beat by 6-7. but people still say the math adds up.

lol dont worry it happens to us all, I had AK Suited. I was short stacked and the dude on the button pushes all in, He turns over A2.. ahhh my prayers were answered.. or so i thought! 22A on the flop! i needed 2 kings to win.... none showed and i was gone. i have more recently learned to go all in less with powerful dominant hands just so i dont get donked out... i will raise but not all-in... well not as much anyways

You are going to lose 1 time in 5 with a better pocket pair.
The thing you have to ask yourself is.
WAS I AHEAD WHEN I COMMITED MY CHIPS
if you can say you are ahead when you put your tourney life on the line then you are playing a GOOD solid game.
I never let it get to me now if i go in ahead and lose because that is what you want.
You want to be called by weaker hands.

Variance WILL balance out and most players are not honest enough about there own play.
Most players have selective memory and forget about all the bad calls they made and WON

    Good luck at the tables

i don't make very many bad calls. i probably make a lot more bad lay downs. about the only time i make bad calls is when i'm tired of playing. even then i get mad at myself 4 not being disciplined enough 2 play my best til the very end, no matter how i'm feeling. each of these posts i was way ahead when the money went n2 the pot. i wouldn't be mad if there was 5 people in the pot when i got beat, cuz w/ those odds, ur gonna get beat a lot. it's just funny how i'm always in the hand w/ just one other person, ONLINE, and that ONE person just happens 2 get the only cards that would've only helped that ONE person. i just learned how 2 copy hand histories yesterday, so these posts could be just sumthing that happens the percentage of times that it's supposed 2 (even tho in the 2nd post i went from chip leader 2 finished in just 2 hands, both when i was way ahead when the money went n2 the pot) but i'm sure i'll have chances 2 show even more dramatically odd stuff soon.
