VMware works well for me. TPB or kickass would be the place to look as the person above me mentioned. I just boot into windows with bootcamp if I need to run windows apps. If your Mac is 2009 or newer, it's Intel based and can do the same.

download the software from TPB.i believe that this will solve your problem
