PO Website Problem... Dont know how to correct it

For the past couple of months, everytime I go to PokerOwned website the webpage is not right.. The bar with points, poker client, bankroll Boost, offerwalls and ect. is not where is suppose to be.. It's covering up my access to some features on the website.. Does anyone know how to fix this or has anyone else had this problem before?
