Id depends of which method you want to use for deposit.
I think the minimum is with CC which is 10 or 20. Not sure about web money. WU is 50 plus a fee.

you can deposit 10 if u deposit through one of there deposit sites.
but you have to sign up through them first the link is in the cashier
