You will have a problem if you ever decide to cash out. You should send an email to support and explain that you just found out it is breaking the TOC and you would like to have the unused account closed.

I have never had two accounts on the same skin, all I ever did was use Sandboxie to run two different skins at a time and even then I have only did it about 5 times. Couple of them were to play in the VIP freeroll cause I am on two different VIP levels on Carbon and PDC.
