    Net spend is working again? I know alot quit using them cause they stopped taking them for a while or maybe it was just some sites quit taking them

    with Netspend cards you sometimes have to go online or call the 800 number to activate international purchases. Once you do that they are usually good to go.

    I have Used Netspend and Account Now for years does out of the country bank transfers VISA only not mastercard, both cards.

    Netspend eh that sounds cool why not just use visa? most sites take a regular or prepaid visa
