    Depositing and Withdrawing on merge network (carbon poker).

    hey guys i have a question. i made 2 small deposits recently on carbon and couldnt get the reload bonus code to work either time. so i emailed support to get them to apply the bonus. I havent heard anything back from them yet.

    In the meantime i requested a withdraw . The money i requested wasnt more than i deposited today. meaning i still have the money from my deposits. My question is do you think they will honor the reload bonus and/or will they make me cancel my check ? lemme know if anyone had been similar situation or knows for sure.

    me too, thats why i said check your e-mail. if that doesn't work then contact carbon. i had that problem 1 time and they reimbursed me.

    you should get in touch with their sup rep's and ask them, they have to answer those kind of questions immediately
    I never had problem finding someone to talk to when I needed their help

    I dont think you can withdrawal within 24-48 hours of deposit. Im sure it says something about it on there page

    Pretty sure withdrawing puts a stop to any bonus regardless of what you have left onsite.
