Carbon support concerning fairness and randomness

So Carbon touts that its games and software are routinely tested for fairness and randomness. So I request the latest audit report that proves this. Their response is that the information is confidential. Wouldnt a player, especially a depositing player, have the right to see these reports. What is there to hide? So I send the same request to the khawannee(sorry if misspelled)gaming commission on three different occasions only to be flat out ignored with no response. This would leave one to believe either these reports dont even exist or that they prove that things arent as fair and random as they should be. If you ask me,these online poker rooms/casinos and the Khawanne "gaming Commission" are padding each other's pockets at players expense. Any thought good people......has any one ever seen these audits or gotton a response concerning this! Thanks and good luck!

Interesting read, but sad to say that Carbon or any other gaming site has the right to refuse whatever they feel.

Unfortunately I guess we are at their mercy and word...........how can you believe any of them..........especially after the latest scandals these past few years. I really do hope the US allows and regulates internet poker. Its a win win situation for the gov't,sites and players, and hopefully if things get legitimized,I bet you will not see as much crazy action and badbeat situations that prevails right now. Only time will tell I guess!

Poker sites don't have to release this information except for a select few. The Merge Gaming Network is a privately held corporation (I assume they are incorporated). Either way, since they are not a publicly traded company, ie stock exchange, they do not have to release financial documents or any documents to the public regarding the fairness of the game. That is where the kahnawake gaming commission comes into play. As a gaming commission they are required to release these documents according to the laws in there governing country. If you do some research though you'll realize that the kahnawake Gaming Commission is based in a Native American territory. Despite it being in the country Canada they are viewed upon as being a sovereign nation and thus they have to obey their laws. It is up to them, and only them, if they want to release this information. They can request it from the Merge Gaming Network but there is no law that mandates they provide their findings to the player.

So they can hide by being based in a sovereign nation and not worry about repercussions!
