I think that depends on what you mean by best.

To some.. the best freerolls would be the least people and most money. To others, they like a high level of competition.

Carbon offers a few $50 freerolls a day and BetOnline offers a freeroll just about every hour. But you usually are in a field of thousands for low payout.

The PO freerolls are pretty boss, I'd rather face 50 people for a $30 prizepool than 2500 people for a $50 pool :-)

Carbon has 4 $50 freerolls a day that draw around 2k players, and they also have the "fun steps" S&G where you can get 10 free step 1 coupons each day, and if you make it to a step 3 and win you get $1.

Juicy has some satellite freerolls where the weekly tourny has like a $1k prizepool, but you have to get in like the top 50 or so to get a ticket.

SWC has an hourly freeroll for 50 chips, thats about $6, that tourny gets maybe 100 players, and in odd hours I think I've seen it be 10 handed or less.

Most rooms also have a freeroll for VIP players or depositors etc, you just need to keep an eye out for them.

Seals is nice I get a freeroll every couple days for 500 chips because I played there when bitcoin was mostly worthless and I earned enough player points.

PO has a various FR tourneys: Carbon/Aced, BCP, SWC, Juicy,Lock, Bovada.
Juicy has the FR 1k satellite runs around 7 times a day.
Carbon has those 50$ FR's, mostly NLH, there is Horse, and PLO.
BCP/ACR has 25$ PLO daily, and they sometimes running FR satellites.
SWC runs some FR's too, I'm not sure about the details.
Carbon has the most FR's of any of the sites.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I prefer a smaller amount of folks when playing freerolls. Not saying I can't handle big crowds, when Full Tilt was still available, I played a Hold Em and a Omaha tourney that started 2 hours apart. 7500 people in both. Believe it or not I took second place in both. I think I won a total $28-$32 for 9+hrs of work. I'd settle for $2 for a few hrs.
