America's Card Room support will not respond to my emails. Anyone else?

Well I deposited at ACR about a month ago and needed help from support on a couple of issues, so I emailed them over a dozen times in 3 weeks and got not a single response. I went of Facebook to their page and blasted them about it and they acted innocent and asked what the problem was/how could they help then continued to ignore me after that. Last email I told them I will deposit somewhere else if I am not important enough to respond to. Still no response. BTW any new poker sites open within the last two months? P.S. Yes i tried live chat and they told me to email support.
