Already verified at Carbon and changing to PDC or Aced

If you are already verified at Carbon: Becoming "Verified" at Carbon is beneficial and not so hard!

Now you have made a new account to get the loyalty discounts and bonuses:

Talked to my affiliate manager, for those of you that are already verified, if you are switching over to a new account for the Loyalty discount \ bonus etc.. We can hopefully make this process faster.

The players can let support know that they have verified with their account with a Merge skin already, at that point Support might be able to transfer their documents to their other Merge account, the Verification form will need to be filled out for each site though.

Anyone know when and and why the Merge sites got rid of their live chat box? I stopped playing Merge sites over a year ago until I recently found PokerOwned. Was just wondering.

My guess is that they had trouble keeping up with the increased traffic, and found it easier to communicate with everyone via email.
