    unable to log into game

    I tried to opt into my first game, listed as (Tournament ID #:BCP63-1) and had the following problems:
    Password did not show up as expected column where it is supposed to be; it never changed to allow getting the password.
    Tried a Refund, but it did not go thru -scratch that, it just went I think....
    tourney ID on Blackchip WAS NOT bcp63-1. It was 1112328
    None of the ID's or the times match up, actually. Even when I +/- for the hour diff, still don't match!

    No, I did not get my refund. Instead, it deducted the points for the game.

    first u have to refresh the page for it to change to allow you to go to the password screen
    second the refund is done manually and u have to wait for zab to refund u the points and third if u opted into the bcp tourney and not the pokerstars tourney then the ids match be more careful with what u opt in for

    well either he just didnt refresh the page to get the "show password" link
    or he opted into the wrong tourney ...once u are on the "show password" page it just lists the tourney id not the game its for so to have the wrong id (stars to my knowledge still uses numbers) would mean he opted for the wrong one plus iove done it myself so many times i know how easy it is to do

    you have to refresh and have it sync up with a timer. then click on the password after it pops up. then it should work.
