where do i find the videos to watch so i can earn points?

They are under the offerwalls, also crowdflower is some pretty easy points once you get the hang of it.

i keep trying but nothing is working, it says i can get like 160 pts for downloading and installing things, and once i do.. i never get the points..

not everything converts, stick to the whats working section to see what others have successfully completed, and do the crowdflower tasks.
Radio loyalty is an easy 5 points every ten minutes as well.

Go under offerwalls and there is a video tab to click on in order to watch videos for pts. There are some in the main parts of each vendors section but not many.
