Missing Points That Were Credited

I have a Sponsor Pay offer that says in the Support section that it was credited 6 days ago, but as I look through my PO Points Earned History, I see no points.

Are all my hate emails being sent to Sponsor Pay and like not the right direction the email should be going?

I would like to hear some info on this please.

If it says it was successfully credited 5 days ago, it should have been, double check your history.
