Put the ID exactly as it is in your points history, leave out the#

You can request refund on freerolls starting within last 24 hours.
I get that message and tournaments have been played that I'm claiming

There may be a 24 hour limit to request it, if you missed any yesterday, you should be able to still put in the request.
