happens all the time!! the best advice i can give you is make sure u get screen shots and send them to support at the wall offer u did!! and try crowd flowers, no need to download anything and they usually convert easy!!
what is the support email address
On each of the offerwalls there is a help or check status . Use these to send screenshots in.
I had the same problem.. downloaded Mario kart and did not get any points
i get points from downloads about 10% of the time lol. not worth it.
