Each sponsor section has it's own "missing points", "help" or "support" section. You can go to the sponsor section and click that and there you can submit a confirmation email, or a screenshot of the completed task and they should credit you. It is important on big point offers to take that screenshot.

yes it is tough to get points i have found

everyone should just have some patience once in a while, if you don't get your points after say an hour, go to tinypic.com, upload your screen shot of proff, then send it in a email through there support on there pages, no worries.
