The only other way is through the bankroll boosting program. There's a link in the top left corner of every page. Your's probably has a big red zero.

Yea, I doubt going through the hastle of changing my affiliate on BCP would even be worth it if it's going to cut into my grandfathered' 37% rakeback I get straight through them, but thanks I was wondering what the whole bankroll boost tab was.
