Lead up raise 99 Mp and BB calls. The flop is AK8 rainbow. I decided to check, as I am getting called so often by hands that I am technically ahead of like J10/QJ/ and all 8x + BWC's. The turn brought a back-door fd + another 8. The villian lead for 1bb. I called. Fairly standard, since my hand is under-repped. The river was a complete brick, and he lead for 1.5bb's. I sigh call, it is close imo even w/o reads. Later I was short and shoved AKss vs an EP limp. I would have loved to have iso-raised to induce a spew flat, but wasn't deep enough. So I got down to 3k @ 150-300, and pick up AJ in MP. BINGO. Well not quite. Another utg limp, followed by a MP raise to 8bbs. I have no FE, and just think it is really marginal. I think I get it in with 35% most of the time, and the only reason to consider a call is purely based on leverage. So wen't completely cold and down to 1500 in the BB with this hand which is my bustout hand. Just more dumb people winning. Game started at: 2013/8/3 21:9:4
