There is really no way. You should not dump chips ever if you want to keep your carbon account. I've had buddies who lost account and money due to some bad chip dumps. If you ever dump or receive to a person who is involved in fraud, your account will be flagged and your dump history never goes away, so, by association you, your buddies, and the cheater are all put into the same category.
