YES - all he needs to do is contact who loaned him the 4k and work out some agreement with him. Personally, if I were to borrow that much (which I wouldn't) and default, I would contact the lender and tell him I fucked up and need time to pay him back. Don't be a pussy, own your actions and deal with the consequences like a man

to the op i think the idea was that u loan him the bcp...which he then sells to pay off the debt....sounds fishy as fuck though why would anyone loan someone cash when they are admitting that they cant even pay back $8 worth of points?
