Gonna check this out for sure, but hell what provise knows about how to review the site or application, looks like you need or it needs to collect your damn data for payouts
idk about that. thats what i found on their faq:

100%. We don’t keep any data of our clients. The only data we will have is what will be necessary for the service. This includes your email address, your IP address, how much traffic you make per month and your chosen payout methods.
seems like they collect your chosen payout methods, but they doesnt say anything about other data for payouts
