Often times with the download offers you have to also download any extra bundled software that is presented. It's hard to pick which one is exactly the trigger.

Download sandboxie if you're going to do downloads, you have a better chance of isolating any issues and can quickly delete the downloads/unwanted software

Each of those offerwalls have a support section, you can click on that and submit an inquiry on the tasks. Ususally they will want a screenshot of it on your computer.

The extra bundles are my favorites. One time I got a clock that displays an ad for a feminine product every minute on the minute. Plus the clock was nice too.
