Since there's only 52 cards per deck, what if 8 players went to 7th street in stud?

This just crossed my mind randomly:

A stud table houses 8 players at full capacity. There are 7 possible streets in stud.

    8 (players) x 7 (cards per player) = 56

I can't see all 8 players playing to 7th street, but what if they did? We'd be short 4 cards!!!

Certainly I'm forgetting some important factor....correct?

If there aren't enough cards to be dealt evenly at the end, the first card is used as a community card for all.

    WOWZER!!!!!!

Thanks a lot for the answer to my question. I hadn't considered the possibility of this before but definitely didn't think that be the answer. Thanks again!

I wonder how many times this would actually be relevant though. One would hope, that given the odds, at least some people would fold.
