i always hear the tight agressive play is the most profitable way to play at lower stakes.but i am not sure about this.i think you shouldnt have a exact style,you should adjust to opponents' style.
I think aggression is the best part of poke but no all think saim :)

You need to be aggressive, if not you will get stepped on. But dont be overly aggressive either. Thats when your BR goes down. You need to recognize when your opponent could have a better hand then you and you need to adjust your aggressivity level as you play. Different aggressivity against different players.
I don't really like all this stuff, I find practice will make you a better player.
