My onlu read was that he had won a few pots w/o SD, and that he was fairly aggro. I figured he had been stealing a little, and figured that he could float. I wasn't really thrilled, but tank called. Thoughts?

Not sure why you would call with 10 7 for in the first place? Are you used to getting lucky by playing trash? seriously?

Uh 3way with 35-40bbs is an ok spot to complete the SB. I think I can read hands well, and make some moves to make this +ev.

Yeah.I wasn't really posting to get a pat on the back. Idk, I will post more reasoning behind ranges and reads + the line check. I still think I kinda played this hand good and bad.

tbh i feel like it would be optimistic to think that the villain would float a 3way limp pot OOP. i think it's more likely that he slowplayed a strong hand postflop than him bluffing because of his line of just calling twice and betting 80% on the river.

usually in these stakes unless you've seen him make a 80% bet bluff on the river in this similar spot i would insta mucked. fwiw you're basically bluffcatching in this spot however if you think he's capable of betting a busted FD or truly just stealing with nothing i would w/e call but again you need solid evidence to make this read.

also, on the Jc turn why did you decide to bet? what worst hands do you think are calling you in this spot and what hands are you making fold? imo this puts you in a tough spot by betting because like you said since villain is fairly aggro he could easily get you off your 10s because there are a lot of horrible river cards for us. i think it would have been better to check/call and re-evaluate on the river rather than bet turn and then check river.

wait for a better spot. there are two overcards and its multiway. most of the times it wont be a bluff, you know that.

you loose more chips bluff catching and being wrong, than folding to bluffs and being wrong.

because calling a bluff has a price to it.

in a spot where im unsure where im out ill try my best just to lay the hand down, because more times than not your going to be wrong and its a losing play in the end.. i've learned that the hard way many times.
