i dont really know what kind of response i gonna get from this but anyways...
yeah ..so i asked a few people the other day if it was possible just to get a picture uploaded on my avatar in the poker client , but they didnt think it is possible. i went on pokermavens forum thing and posted about it and have copied the guys response below , do with it what u want but i dont want to create excess work for admin so if people no want it they no want it lol:

"poker Mavens does support custom avatars but it is up to the site owner to implement that feature. Since the security system built into Flash does not allow direct access to a client's local file system, there is no upload mechanism built into client. The site owner would have to provide their own upload and approval system and ensure the image is in the proper size and format"
