Not only will they have one but it will be the highest left in deck if you have 2nd highest...
Well pretty likely, but one thing to keep in mind also is IF they have one, that makes the more likely to peel until one DOES come off (the 4th heart), so in that case, much more likely than either the math suggests.
I'd say 50% at least.
