    Phil Helmuth says that you should play high pairs 70/30. 3 and 4 betting 70% of the time and flatting 30% of the time. Now, in freerolls I tend to reraise 90-95% of the time because it will cause a lot of people to shove with inferior hands (due to inability to play mid level hands properly).

    all in. aces are only good in in a 1v1 you do not want multiple callers. and even still remember its most likely just a pair of aces

    Aces are super tricky. Before the flop, you have to decide limp or bet big, then you take the chance of someone catching the nuts I had someone play AA against Pocket Kings yesterday. He played 'em right, slow bet and then big on the turn. Knocked me out
