New offers on each wall come up just about daily
The offerwalls always update with new surveys/registrations/etc. Also, some of the daily offers like lifescript can be done again if you clear your cookies. Crowdflower always has new tasks as well. So there's always stuff to do.
As an aside, it's a lot harder on the weekends because sponsorpay/superrewards/etc. don't update much.

As Rivdee said, weekends are harder when it comes to seeing/completing new offers. You just have to be patient and look for things to do.
That's good to know. Peanut labs will cut you off from surveys if you do too many too fast lol
