    He didnt bet more than what he had, he was all in with the same amount he started the hand with. It doesn't say he raises $106,999, he raised TO $106,999 and is all in. How is that an error?

    Booth start with $(106,999)...he raise $3600 before the flop. so his starting stack should be $103.399 after the flop. then he went all in for $106.999. this is impossible because he's already put in $3600 in the pot already.
