i would do 500 pts for it it would be sweet there probably would only be like 9 people but make the places pay like 4-5 places out

Time definitely needs to be set first, if not no one would opt in because they won't know if they'll be available. And it would be impossible to find a tiem that would fit every opt in's schedule
