Bovada and BCP are the only two that come to mind. Bovada has a good variety that all start int the late afternoon/early evening

Carbon has quite a few gtd tourneys. There's a $5.50 that usually pays over $300. It's deep turbo though, which means 5k starting chips, and 5 minute levels.

There are still some very good gtd tournaments on all the US sites, although now it seems they almost all have extended late registration and also re-entry

ACR not so good right now for lower stakes players, but it should grow considering all the complaints I see out there about Merge and Revolution networks. Nothing but positives for ACR/BCP. Americas Card Room (.net) is even showing TV ads now.
