To anchor or not anchor...that is the Golf question of the century.

Personally, as now an amateur, I think putting ruins the game. anything to help people put better = enjoying the game more. Who the hell wants to majesticlly hit a driver into a 10 yard wide fairway between 2 lakes, then carve a 3 iron between 2 bunkers -into a 20 mile an hour wind, only to fk up the hole an make bogey because of a 3 ft putt moved an inch left off a ball mark and lipped out. Make the hole bigger - make chipping more important. Greens wouldnt have to be manicured so much either.
