The movie is "Intacto" a Spanish film. The premise of the movie is that that there are people naturally gifted with luck (just in life some people are just luckier than others). But you can steal someone's luck by taking a photo of them (or something like that) and you carry it around with you all of the time. For example, if you decide to steal luck from an naturally unlucky person who has a common cold, that person is good as dead becuase now he has no luck whatsoever. The showdown of the movie is in Vegas against the biggest luck stealer of them all. The game is russian roulette and he never loses, but Ill stop here just in case people want to see it.

Of course people who win the lottery are big targets, for obvious reasons.

It does sound like this movie. Just requested on Netflix. Thanks. Gonna check it out.
