AuctionKings/Storage Wars/American Pickers and Pawn Stars

I've always been able to supplement my income by a thousand a month by attending auctions and reselling plus accumulated alot of unique items for the house...now there's these new shows out there and although its made it more competitive my poker buddies at the casino don't kid me anymore when I say gotta go auction starting...now they realize those finds I talked about weren't just fish stories..A good one last week got a storage unit for $75 while cleaning it out found a coffee can full of silver dollars and halves sold them for $385 along with the washer and dryer for $200 My total time invested 30 minutes at sale, 1hr clean out and load up, 10 min on craigslist ad, 20 min with w/d purchaser and 15 minutes at coin dealers ahead $500 bucks and still have other collectibles to sell sportscards and barbie dolls...hey good way to make up for my "tilt times"

Man I am LOVING Storage wars. I just started watching and now im addicted.

I wondered if these shows would create an army of people that go to auctions now making it much more difficult. Sounds like the answer is yes.

Where do you even look to see when \ where they are? They have them listed someplace online?

My favorite is Pawn Stars. I watched all two seasons on netflix. It made me want to find auctions and sell stuff like they do. It'd be easier if I was a pawn shop but I'm gonna check out auctionzip.com so thanks for the tip.
