Mod #4 doesn't seem too bad. I personally added my 2c for drywall just because he is on late night west coast time. I know that tends to be the opposite of when you're on (Zab). It's your site and you know more about what's going on overall then we do, but the PO after dark crowded wanted to make sure you knew not all of the mods cut had completely abandoned their job.

Mods ARE compensated with points. I don't know how it's determined what they get though.

the mods not only need to be online but they need to do what zab said and know shit about the site :|
i keep saying they dont know enough which leads to confusion and misinfo being spread around, make the mods take a short questionnaire before being made to mod status, if they fail they are obviously not cut out for the job imo

EDIT: this is also compounded by reletive n00bs getting modded after only a couple of months
