I believe that would only be if a single transaction is over $600.

p.s. i use th paypal debit card,,, adn they let u recieve 200 transactions in a year,, or over like 15k,, before they will report u... whichever comes first...

I think the way survey sites do it is that if you earn over $600 in a year on the site the member has give tax info to the site.

Great news Zab, nice to see things rebounding from last week. I see everything business as usual as soon as these are rolled out again and we get in the grove of playing our tourneys in client. Thanks for putting a lot of thought behind this recovery, it is much appreciated.
