Long story short, I got hit with some fraud \ chargebacks from one of the survey sites. They went back to MAY and did some of the chargebacks.
What I asked the sites to do was, instead of waiting so long, do them EARLY. When they find the fraud, delete the points.
So they went back last night \ this morning and deleted 5 days worth of fraud points which led to a small drop in the B2B.
It should be fine now
