Several Small Upgrades today

I'll post them here as I get them done:


#1 Player Ratings Leaderboard All Time Player ratings now based on at last 35 games (This will always have a need to be increased) from 25 games.

#2 http://www.pokerowned.com/forums/wwhistory.php All Time Surveys that have worked is changed to Top Surveys in the past 2 weeks (Most of the all time ones aren't even available anymore

#3 Where it used to say Daily Tournaments on the main page next to the poker client, will now show how many people are actually logged into the client.
