Revamped Refer a Friend (Referral) program

This is my plan on a new aggressive refer a friend program.

Before I start actually upgrading this, tell me what you think.. If you like it, hate it, what you would change or add..


Revamped Referral Program:

- When a user first signs in, he will be presented with a 100 point bonus after he completes the verification process. If he refuses then no bonus for him and no referral points (Unless manually approved). He can at a later date take the test.
- Verification is Proxstop \ Telesign or both
- 5% on all referrals - No longer a 24 or 48 hour wait
- Multiple Downlines - 5% Tier 1, 3% Tier 2, 1% Tier 3
- All referrals are pending for approval (But still see points like fraud check). Must be approved via software or manually approved. "Approve All" quick feature
- All referral points are held just like 'fraud check' and released once we approve referral. If disapproved, no points are issued
- New CONFIRMED user sign up bonus of 100 points. Referral gets 50 points
- New CONFIRMED user 1st survey (Over 100 points) person that referred them gets 100 points
- Referral contest(s). # of new referrals and # of referral points earned. Monthly

Phone Verification system. They call your house, give you a 4 digit #, you have to enter it in.

This will be step #1 of more fraud prevention.

How about even more aggressive.. Changes in Red.

• Tier 1 referrals get 5 points per $1 won in tourneys (If a referral of theirs wins $9.00 then they would win 45 points)
• All referrals are pending for approval (But still see points like fraud check). Must be approved via software or manually approved. "Approve All" quick feature
• All referral points are held just like 'fraud check' and released once we approve referral. If disapproved, no points are issued
• New CONFIRMED user sign up bonus of 100 points. Referral gets 50 points

• Referral contest(s). # of new referrals and # of referral points earned. Monthly
• Admin MUST be able to see all referrals coming through, who they are attached to.. Must be able to see a log of referral points daily and where they are going

The better question is, how many of you would take advantage of this and refer people more?

sounds great! better than loading a bunch of crap on your computer and still not getting points for it!!
