    Bit coins?

    All the rave lately..

Anyone have any interest in these?

I.E. if I made it so you could redeem points for bit coins?

What if i made a poker client with nothing but bit coins?

    Any interest?

So you paid like 1000 PO points for like 10000 bit coins, or how would it like to be?

I have no idea what BitCoins are but once I do some research on the whole thing, I'll get back to you. Looks like a digital currency in a pure form. Is there a quick FAQ resource that seems useful that you may know about?

I would definitely do trades and play for bitcoins. The going rate now fluctuates around $13-$15 per bitcoin.

BitCoins are a peer-to-peer currency, so since there is no bank or no underlying institution to guarantee them, the funds cannot be confiscated or frozen, ever. You can also set up an acct completely anonymously to avoid taxes, reporting transactions, etc. Great for anarchists and those that want to operate outside of what can be controlled. Remember though that with no underlying guarantor, they are only as valuable as the market dictates. Currently you can buy lots of stuff with Bitcoins, but the value could plummet quickly due to speculators or some unforseen anomoly. Be careful before you sell your house for bitcoins, but I am looking to dabble because they sound, well really cool!
