ok zab have a question for you and all my po players..how do you rate the player system..i see guys on there who have not played here in 2 months, like jive or mj..i know i had a bad mth in october..but i am 2nd in all time tourney wins.9th all time money won since 6/11 and i dont even see my name on the player's list at all of course min. of 25 games is the one i am referring too..i guess that means i am a super donk..explain please...:cool::cool:
Ok I get it, how do you determine my rating after the tournament?
We have consulted NASA and have come up with this formula:
Total Average In The Money % of everyone that opted in
ADD
Total Number of players that are playing
DIVIDED BY
The position you finished in the tournament.
Or
ITM % (All users avg) + Entrants / Position = your rating for that tournament
English please, give me an example
All users combined = 36.5 ITM %, there were 35 users that are playing. Lets see what your rating is if you finished in 16th place or 20th place.
36.5 + 35 = 71.5 / 16th place = 4.46 Player Rating for that tournament
36.5 + 35 = 71.5 / 20th place = 3.57 Player Rating for that tournament
*** NOTE *** We ran some tests. 1-8th place were getting a TON TON TON more points than everyone else.. Like 30x's more points. So what we came up with was:
1st / 5
2nd / 5.5
3rd / 6
4th / 6.5
5th / 7
6th / 7.5
7th / 8
8th / 8.5
Then 9th place / 9
10th place / 10
and so on
Is it just for show or any benifit to it?
