Non USA Redeems What works for you?

It has been brought to our attention that the redeem options are not EU friendly, even amazon is not compatible. What options work for you guys, that most likely would need to work for US too as Zab is the one completing them.
I know BTC was mentioned, but I don't think that one is doable.

    PO NETELLER Redeems

(mods, this should go to "PO Talks and Upgrades")

I received this in my email, i think it would be a great idea once i constantly see PO non-usa members dont have many redeems options

    Neteller or Skrill perhaps?
