I think you should have to earn your way for a raffle ticket.

I think it never hurts to start at 15 points and then drop if you think the prize pool can sustain. Although everyone would like it as cheap as possible, maintaining the the upgrade is as important. You can always drop it after a trial run, or it could be 15 points during the week and 10 on the weekend with increased player volume.

Ya the current lottery is kind of garbage

I think what I'll do is start it at 10 points and 50% of those points will go towards the prize pool, the other 50% will go towards reseeding the raffle when it's won.
